You'll own the growth engine across all four products — finding the channels, building the experiments, and turning curiosity into paying customers. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role for someone who can move between a paid-acquisition spreadsheet and a landing-page rewrite without missing a beat.
What you'll do
- Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation and retention — and kill the ones that don't work.
- Own paid and organic channels: SEO, content distribution, paid social, partnerships and lifecycle email.
- Build dashboards that tell the truth about CAC, LTV, conversion and churn across the portfolio.
- Partner with product and content to ship growth loops, not just one-off campaigns.
- Report directly to the founders on what's working, what's next, and where to double down.
Help four brands show up everywhere their customers are. You'll plan, write and ship content across X, LinkedIn and beyond — and you'll use our own tools (Tweetlio and Hypelio) to do it. If you live online and have opinions about what makes a post stop the scroll, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Plan and publish daily content across X and LinkedIn for the HyperProspect family of brands.
- Turn product updates, customer wins and team learnings into scroll-stopping posts.
- Engage with the community — replies, DMs, comments — to build real relationships, not vanity metrics.
- Track what performs and feed insights back into the content calendar.
- Experiment with new formats, hooks and platforms before they go mainstream.
Words are how we win on Google and get cited by ChatGPT. You'll write the blog posts, guides and landing-page copy that bring people to our products — backed by Writelio, our own SEO content engine. Great for someone who can research deeply, write clearly, and ship volume without losing the plot.
What you'll do
- Research and write SEO-driven articles, guides and resources for the HyperProspect blog and product sites.
- Use Writelio to go from keyword to published, optimised draft — then add the human polish.
- Write and refine landing-page and product copy that actually converts.
- Build topic clusters and content calendars that compound over time.
- Edit for clarity, voice and SEO — yours and the team's.
Open doors and build pipeline for a portfolio of products people genuinely want. You'll find the right prospects, start real conversations, and learn modern sales from the ground up — outbound, partnerships and everything in between. Perfect for a self-starter who's energised by a "no" and obsessed with the next "yes".
What you'll do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists across our four products' ideal customer profiles.
- Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and X — and iterate on messaging that gets replies.
- Book and support discovery calls, then track every deal in the pipeline.
- Scout partnership and integration opportunities that expand our reach.
- Share what you hear from the market back into product and growth.
Sit at the crossroads of product, marketing and sales and make launches land. You'll help take features and products to market — positioning, messaging, launch plans and the cross-functional glue that makes them stick. Ideal for a generalist who loves connecting dots and seeing the whole board.
What you'll do
- Help craft positioning and messaging for new features and product launches.
- Coordinate launch checklists across content, social, product and sales.
- Analyse competitors and the market to sharpen how we tell our story.
- Build the assets a launch needs — one-pagers, landing copy, FAQs, enablement notes.
- Measure launch impact and document what to repeat next time.
Build the products themselves. You'll design, ship and iterate on features across our AI-powered tools — from idea to production — working close to customers and even closer to the founders. We want a builder who ships clean code fast, sweats the details, and treats every feature like it has their name on it (because it will).
What you'll do
- Ship full features end-to-end across the HyperProspect product suite.
- Work hands-on with our stack — Node/Express, vanilla JS frontends, and AI APIs (Claude, DataForSEO, fal.ai).
- Turn customer feedback and founder ideas into shipped, polished software.
- Own quality: performance, reliability and the details that make products feel premium.
- Move fast without breaking trust — small PRs, real ownership, no hand-offs.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders on whatever matters most that week. One day it's a competitor teardown, the next it's an ops fire-drill or a new product experiment. This is the fastest way to learn how a profitable, multi-product company actually runs — for someone hungry, adaptable and allergic to "that's not my job".
